Park View Place Buxton

Heating was difficult to understand 😩 but location for a re union was grand

Trying to sort out the heating

Great location both for Buxton's own amenities and the wider area, easy parking, simple apartment entry, good kitchen facilities, beds sufficiently comfortable, nice large lounge/diner with comfortable sofa's.

Decor a little cold/featureless, a few more warm touches would help the feel/ambience of the apartment. A soap dish/shelf in the shower-over-bath is needed really, nowhere to put shampoo & shower gel. Original timber remaining doors are nice, but some of the doors, particularly kitchen door, date from 20-30 years ago, are very utilitarian and new replacements would bring the apartment up to date. Carpets are OK and clean but new ones would be nice. None of these are showstoppers or would stop re-booking, just pointing out improvements, as asked.

Close to the centre of town..parking on site.

Very basic kitchen provisions…eg no saucepan..no extra rubbish bags or tea towels…no information pack provided…tv didn’t work..only 1 roll of toilet paper provided for 4 people for 2 days!

Nice property, great location. Good size for more than one couple/a family. Check in easy, Photos provided to help find car parking. Hosts easy to contact and fast replying.

Kitchen equipment a little lacking could do with adding a few more items to help with daily cooking.
