Location is near my office.

Staffs were not friendly and courteous. Doesn't have ample parking. Amenities were not functioning.

. Though i 4got to make an earlier request 4 a room that is nearer to the entrance n exit, so far so good

Have to walk 4 more or less 10min from hotel entrance to reach my room

Rather high noise level from other guests - weddings etc.

Breakfast was good..staff was super accommodating, helpful and very friendly. Did our best to make the stay a good one.. Jnco bar and KTV was a blast.

So the property advertised beach access like you can walk right to the beach. The truth is they have a second resort about a 1/2 mile a way by trike or car that lt allows pass through access with a wrist band. You can't even sit at a table there, you have to purchase use from a loval vendor on the beach. also, the main resort and spa allows open access to the resort pool and table areas for fee based for families, so basically the pool is jammed packed all day with non resort staying families starting at 7 am with screaming kids and full tables so no where for resort guests to stay. This was also not advertised in the booking site. Had we known we would have booked at the beach resort which seemed more like what was advertised.
