"Bad maintainance, very average"

Well situated. Nog dar from the airport, ferry at Pier 1 and Ayala shopping center

I come here since four years but this was the last time. Bad maintainance of the place, " sorry Sir we actually do not have this, less service. No value anymore for this money. Many better places. An exception is the kind lady who cleaned the room. On booking they say that magnetron and kitchen supplies are in the room. They are not.

The bed and the room is very comfortable and clean. The staff are great and the food at the restaurant is very good including the breakfast which I enjoyed. I will return to Alpa City Suites again.

"No complains, considered good for a cheap stay"

The staff were very accommodating and kind, you get what you pay for, location is good though not much shops nearby, have to walk at least 300 meters for a convenience store.

TV was not working, room is a bit dark, curtain in the bathroom was smelly
