Spring Muunnar, Munnar

Breakfast was good. The Manager booked a cab for the rest of our Kerala trip - which worked out well. Would like to thank him for that.

Disappointed by the room, to say the least. What we got was definitely not what was presented on the Booking.com site. Topping it all was the Manager saying - this is peak season so you'll have to make do with it, you have booked and you have no option. 'Kya kar loge'. Of course full payment had to be made in advance - even before you could see your room. Some factors that made our stay a bit painful: - The bathroom didn't even have a mirror above the basin (obviously shifted to another room). I requested for one, but it was glossed over. - A faulty order was recorded for dinner. With the result that it came in two parts. 2 people finished eating, then the rest came for the other two. - Delay in the checkout. I had requested to be out by 6.30 am. As it was, I had to wake up the man at the reception when I came all the way down. - Pls remember, this place is a good 18 kilometres from the Munnar city - nearly an hour away. So unless you are going to Munnar only to stay at a hotel, it's not worth it.

I had an excellent stay with my family. We enjoyed the morning walk and loved the birds making sounds in the early morning near our room. I recommend this Resort.

The roads from the Reception to the Room are tough for Senior Citizens (Old aged parents) to walk. I recommend that the management team have battery car options for the commute.

Nothing.Cleanliness of property is very poor.You can’t stay at property with babies due to huge amount of mosquitos.We used full time good nites to escape from mosquitos.Views of property very poor.From balcony’s in front and back side of room l,you can see staffs collapsed houses and lot of waste. Attitude of staff at reception is very poor.They have to improve a lot. Total cleanliness of property is very very poor.

The reception staff and restaurant staff are very wecoming.The break fast is simple but tasty. Hot water is running 24 hours which is appreciated.

The pool was not clean when we visited and not running. Water bottles in the room are a mess. The food is tasty but not many options for vegetarian in the dinner. The water bottle are of glass with rubber lids and are full of black fungus. The beds are not cosy. Furniture is not quite useful. They kept an electric kettle but no place to plug in . The bungalow which we expected is not what we received. The top part of the bungalow is used by the resort staff and too much noisy all the day.

The room provided for second day was good and an upgrade

Room provided for first day of stay was not the one I had booked for.

The food is tasty but only less choice, the cleaning of the rooms are very poor, all the furnitures are damaged need to change.

Need more cleaning, need to change the furniture, add more malayalam chanel's in the tv.
