PTIt started really well over the weekdays. Room was standard, AC comes from the wall and only has cold mode, but somehow it's not required overnight. Staff was just decent. The building has been renovated and looks like all new. Nice big and quiet pool. Amazing beach with private access and lizzards! Location is acceptable, in between Ferringhi and George Town, but we had a good time discovering the restaurants and hawkers nearby, and there are some services and convenience stores in walking distance. Room service was helpful when requested and adjusting to our schedules. Noise isolation is pretty decent.
I wouldn't consider it for a weekend stay. There were at least 3 weddings - basically with guest stays covering Friday evening to Monday morning. Too many people making noise everywhere. Not relaxing or quiet at all. Too noisy in the pool with the ceremony preparations and sound check. Too noisy in the corridors and the room with disrespectful guests making noise, screaming, dragging furniture until late. The lobby area is large but constantly kept very cold! Monday morning there were at least 20 adults/kids swimming with their clothes on. Such a dirty habit, never went in again.

MYWe booked a two-night stay and stayed in the Junior Suite. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view. The hotel also did a great job arranging a surprise for my parents' anniversary, with mirror decorations and a complimentary cake, which was a thoughtful touch. The only issue we experienced was with the AC. However, to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to an Executive Suite for our second night. The suite was incredibly spacious, with two balconies, a separate living area and a bedroom.
As for areas for improvement, I feel the breakfast and dinner buffet could be better in terms of taste. Also, this may not be something the hotel can easily address, but there is no lift access from the basement parking to the lobby. Guests need to navigate several stairs or an incline to reach the lobby. This is worth noting for anyone travelling with senior citizens or persons with disabilities.
NLFijn zwembad en prettige schone kamer. De omgeving is niet echt veel te doen maar er zit wel een bus halte in de buurt zodat je met de bus naar het strand kunt
