SKBeuatiful location on one of the gates to Montepulciano.
The bathroom is a bit too small with dangerously low ceiling :) but this can be seen on the photos. Also the shower is really small with the special pressure nozzles
AUFelt warm and cozy, with all the facilities needed to cook and stay comfortable. The location was fantastic, offering lovely views. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!
The train station is far from the town. Just be aware of that when travelling. Public transport is limited on Sundays. The bathroom was a bit smelly and shower really old. But nothing you couldn’t tolerate.

Unfortunately the shower was very small. I'm 5'4 and couldn't move. My husband is 6'3. So find it very claustrophobic. Other than that it was absolutely perfect.
USThe location was perfect. There was always parking available and we had everything we needed.Paoli and Claudia were very easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back.

CAVery rustic old Montepulciano . Close to the action, restaurants and sights . Lovely , slightly impeded view , of the countryside and sunsets . The cool winds at night were lovely ( after the hot sunny days ) Paolo was great - and very helpful .
Parking seemed a little precarious . Google maps took us the the place ( through the no driving zone except for residents ) - I may have a fine waiting Toilet and shower right - watch your head !
CAIt was a comfortable apartment complete with a good kitchen and outdoor seating area that was great for watching sunsets. Very roomy sitting area inside as well
The shower has a strange massage tower that made it quite cramped. It also had a lot of black mildew in the groat inside the shower and some other tiles in the bathroom
