The facilities were good, room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful at the receptionist. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

As a first-time guest, I found it difficult to locate the light switch and understand how to adjust the air conditioning. A simple instruction card or guide near the power card holder would make the room facilities easier to use and improve the guest experience.
