L'emplacement propre du centre historique, l'accueil et le petit cadeau de bienvenue.

D'être obligé de changer d'appartement sur le même palier au bout du 2eme jour (demander par message SMS de notre interlocuteur) car il s'était trompé. Fenêtres sans volets roulants dans la pièce du canapé lit ou nous dormions. Donc réveil tôt... Dans la 1ère chambre, sommier affaissé au milieu, donc obligé de retirer le matelas pour dormir sur le sol.

I must express my big disappointment with what I found and experienced. Comfort: there were several aspects that deserve a great deal of attention. First, the apartment is inserted in a very old building with clear signs of degradation. There is no elevator so take this into account if you have to bring heavy suitcases up the stairs. Inside the apartment, the kitchen is very small. The exhaust fan doesn’t work, so the cooking smoke and smell stays inside. There is barely any space to prepare food. The kitchen utensils are the bare minimum and what a disappointment when we noticed we were given basic plastic plates to eat on. Cleanliness was ok but I did find visible remains of grease on the cooking pans, that should never happen. Breakfast was advertised as included, but all we were given were some milk and basic supermarket croissants. My advice is to not advertise the breakfast at all if that is the offering you plan to give, rather leave it as a treat. The beds comfort in both rooms were just awful. One of the beds you literally feel the springs poking your back, the other bed had a sponge mattress where we could sink on. Must say sleeping was very bad. As for water usage, we couldn’t use two taps at the same time because the flow was so poor. We couldn’t be using the shower and washing the dishes in the kitchen at the same time. There was also a strong smell of gutter coming from the shower, forcing us to keep the door closed to block it to spread around. Location: while not too far from the city center, it wasn’t close enough to reach quickly by foot. Also it is located in a poor neighborhood where we could notice some homeless people on the streets.

Poubelles pleines devant l'entrée de l'immeuble. Literie non confortable. Mauvaise indication du montant de la taxe de séjour bien qu'il y ai eu des excuses de la part de notre hôte.

Super hote et très bon emplacement

Het huis was zeer goed te bereiken en lag heel dicht bij het centrum en alle voorzieningen. Het heeft een prachtig balkon met goede stoelen en zeer veel ruimte. Verder was de eigenaar zeer snel bereikbaar.

Het bed was doorgezakt.
