Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Isolierte Fenster schützen gut vor Verkehrslärm, besonders nachts. Von der Balkon-Terrasse hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf Porto Maurizio. Strände, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein großer öffentlicher Parkplatz liegt direkt gegenüber.

The facilities in the apartment were very good. There was everything we needed for our stay particularly in the kitchen. There were teaclothes, mats, tablecloth, cutlery, cooking utensils, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets. There was a dishwasher and washing machine. The terrace was spacious. The 2 bathrooms were large and comfortable. The showers were great. Plenty of towels. The double bedroom had a large TV. The open plan sitting room/ dining room/ kitchen were spacious and well furnished. There was easy access to the promenade and restaurants and bars....2 minute walk. If we had a query, it was addressed straightaway. Very good communication with the owners and housekeeper. Check in and check out were seamless.

The position of the flat was advertised as sea view, beachfront and city view. It definitely was not beachfront. You could only call the view city view by leaning over the railings of the terrace. The building opposite the terrace was rundown and dilapidated. The flat in fact was on the corner of a one way street opposite a dockyard where lorries came in and out on a regular basis. It was noisy. Parking was a lottery. Free parking was advertised but it was challenging to gain a free space. A days paid parking amounted to 18€ a day. Street parking was limited and mostly unavailable.

It was very clean. It was close to transportation, restaurants and it had coffee along with the coffee maker. It had a working washing machine. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were super helpful and kind. I didn't speak their language, yet, we had no issues. They were GREAT!

Maybe add some seasonings like salt and pepper. It had a flight of stairs with no elevator. I may have missed that in the listing. No shades to the bedroom windows, privacy is lacking.
