Quando arrivi al albergo la prima cosa importante è la zona Receptionist dove ti accolgono e danno tutti informazioni necessarie ed in piu meglio se il personale solare e disponibile. Tutto questo io posso dire del personale che lavora presso questa struttuta. Il mio grazie enorme alla Loredana che mi è stata di aiuto e la sua accoglienza anche prima che io sia arivata a Mantova. Una ragazza giovane e molto responsabile. Mi ha aiutato anche con le domande che non erano referite ad albergo ma con visita della città. Sono grata a tutto lo stuff che mantiene albergo e corrisponde a 4 stelle. La stanza era ampia e pulita. Il bagno è grande e molto ampia cabina doccia con tutti prodotti della igiene personale in omaggio. Letto grande e comodo. Grazie a bollitore si puo prendere una bella tazza di thè in qualsoasi orario. Dentro frigorifero ho trovato due botigliette di acqua in omaggio. Arredamento è bello con afreschi sulle parete e le tende ricamate. Palazzo storico dove si trova albergo è in ottimi condizioni e situato nella piazza principale di Mantova che è una meraviglia. Se venite a Mantova vi consiglio questo albergo e sarete sicuri che vi troverete bene. Grazie mille!!!

Excellent location. Room was comfortable and very quiet. Parking possible within 200 m radius for 5€/day then payed in hotel. Friendly staff.
