Tam Coc Green Homestay

Very friendly staff (family) Great location. We could rent a motorbike from them. Also, the homestay has a rooftop balcony which is really nice! The breakfast was good too. Beds were comfy.

Friendly and helpful staff, great service and good communication. Also has nice coffee and breakfast included, it’s in an ideal location and the room facilities were good, the shower was hot with had good pressure! I would definitely recommend this stay, fantastic value for money!

If I’m being picky the bathroom could have been cleaner and it smelt a bit damp. Not really bad though.

Great central location in Tam Coc, confortable twin room with big beds. The owner was super helpful with organising tours (with great driver Nuc) and even booking train ticket :) Recommend!

This unique homestay made our trip to Tam cốc so special! We spent lots of time interacting with the host and his lovely family, who made us feel so welcome. Its location was exactly where we wanted to be, and the room was fantastic. Our host organised multiple day trips for us, our onward travel to Đà Nẵng and was always offering to help with any thing we might have needed. I couldn’t recommend this stay enough, this is our favourite place that we have stayed in during our travels, we will definitely be returning!

Nothing, it is clean and beautiful! The host is currently renovating the garden which by the sounds of the plans, will be amazing.

The location is excellent, many restaurants and shops around. The owner is super friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is very satisfying. Services such as renting motorbikes, booking bus/ train tickets and tourist information are available. Highly recommended.

Dirty rooms and washroom, it was not cleaned after the prior use, the owner checked the room before we checked in and probably just made the bed and sprayed a room freshner in the room, we could see dirty shoe prints everywhere on the floor, bathroom was dirty too no handwash in the bathroom, used toiletries in the shower

Located in the heart of Tam Coc, but offset from the street so as to maintain some peace and tranquility. The family that runs it are friendly and kind, the food delicious, and the rooms are spacious and clean.
