de info van Booking.com klopt niet. Er zou een zwembad bij zijn dat open was. Een zwembad lag bij het restaurant wat gesloten was, het zwembad dus ook. Een ander zwembad zag er uit of het al jaren niet was gebruikt met een laagje smerig water er in. Het park was een beetje vergane glorie.

This is comfortable place in a vacation village. It had a beautiful terase and good AC. The house has very good water pressure, almost too good.

The house is relatively clean, but not spotless. Some cutlery was dirty.

This house is incredible, situated up on a hill with a gorgeous outdoor space and garden, outdoor shower, a shared pool, 2 large beds and lots of style. Our only regret was spending so much time elsewhere to just enjoy it. It’s a little pricey but book at extra night to just grill some food here and sit on the swing.

The covered patio and small yard with an outdoor fireplace and view to the sea was gorgeous, just like the pictures. The indoor fireplace and some of the decorations were good. Although this is a condominium with 2 windows opening onto the next door neighbor's patio, no one was there when we were, so it was lovely, quiet, and peacefull. This condo is beautifully situated at a lower edge of the complex so the setting from the patio is lovely. We took the ferry to Madelaina and Caprera Islands. Great beaches, etc. Very nicel

This is not a "holiday home with a private pool". It is a small, somewhat dark, smelly, not updated, not terribly well equipped condominium in a huge spralling complex. We were fully expecting a freestanding home with a private pool. (should have read all the reviews-- one says the pool is shared and 100 yards away.) The morning of our arrival, I'd called the host and he said he would send information through What's App. However, we got NO information from him except a wordless brief video of a hand opening a lockbox, which if you stopped it at just the right time, gave the code. That evening we got a several minute wordless video of someone walking out of the condo, and off through a field to a large pool for the whole complex. But no directions to the unit. And finding the unit was a flail. The address given was insufficient for Google to find the correct part of the complex. Luckily, after considerable searching we met an extremely nice English speaking Italian lady who owns a unit with her American boyfriend. They explained the real address is Compartment E, Building 8, Unit 2. They came with us to help but even with them it still took about 45 minutes to find the right place. (Luckily they were extremely nice and fun!)

To get to the house in area E, you have to drive to the end of the complex. The house is quiet and has a great view. The house was accessed via a code box. The beds both squeak very loudly, they should be repaired and the mattresses are past their best days. The duvets were thin varnish. But the A/C worked fine. No electric kettle available. Otherwise the facilities are good and the house was very clean and furnished with a lot of detail. Fast wifi available. The pool does not belong to the house, but to the restaurant. However, the restaurant was closed. Communication with the manager was very quick by mobile phone, even when the electricity failed once.

The peaceful neighborhood made us feel totally relaxed. The house is not big but it is cozy and comfortable. The fornitures perfectly match the countryside environment. All the needed dishware and tableware was already there. The external barbecue oven was really a plus, indeed we used it twice. Many beaches are a couple of kilometers away, average 10 minutes driving.

It was not really clear that the owner was not there meeting us and we received the instructions to enter the house only after many call attempts the morning we arrived.
