"Totales Chaos"

Beim Check in 14,45 Uhr herrschte totale Unruhe und Überfüllung an der Rezeption. Personal war sichtlich überfordert. 30 Minuten später. Ich konnte einchecken. Das Zimmer ist nicht fertig. Ich fragte wann und erhielt dann die unfreundliche Auskunft, ich habe zu warten. Eine Stunde später fragte ich dann nochmals nach. An meinen Check in konnte sich keiner erinnern. Ich bekam ohne eine Entschuldigung den Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt.

"Old, basic , smelly gardens"

Very basic , old accommodation. Terrible sewage smell coming from the gardens and bathroom.

"Very enjoyable stay and would come back again"

Managed to get a room at short notice on New Years Eve. Disappointed with the beach fireworks at the hotel and all around. Thought the breakfast was very good, considering it was extremely busy, Good selection of food, and excellent staff. Check out was a little slow and disorganised, but again it was New Years day,

Considering the date 31 Dec - 1 Jan - no complaints

"Good value, relaxing stay, nice birds and villa on pool"

First experience of pool on villa, I liked it a lot, for a good price. They have nice swimming pools, beach, and good resort vibe. Hotel is not new, and well used, but we did not have issues with cleaning. Some reviews are bad, some excellent, I would give a good score for a nice price and resort vibe, calming relaxing with nice beach But If you want new paradise with clean beach it’s better to go to Phu Quoc, Vietnam

Locating a bit far from Jomtien 15-20 min Plus construction nearby
