Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property did not meet my expectations and was not consistent with the images presented on the booking website. The surroundings appear quite outdated, and the building behind the room I stayed in was abandoned, which negatively affected the atmosphere. It also seemed that the hotel is currently undergoing renovation. The elevator is old, and the bathroom condition was comparable to that of a budget daily hotel, with very low water pressure. I would like to begin with the service. During check-in, the reception experience was very disappointing. I had to wait in line while one of the counters was available, yet no staff member acknowledged or called me forward. It was unclear which counter I should approach, leaving guests confused. In particular, one staff member appeared unfriendly, with a stern expression and no visible service-minded attitude. This was in stark contrast to the housekeeping and bell staff, who were polite, welcoming, and attentive. Regarding the room (Room 1448), I must say I was disappointed. The view at the back faced an abandoned building, while the front view overlooked the pool, but the room itself felt similar to a standard budget hotel. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the balcony was spacious. However, the wardrobe had a musty smell, the television was outdated, and the bathroom looked worn and poorly maintained. The water pressure was also very weak. Upon arrival, there were no towels provided in the room. Although the staff resolved this by temporarily providing pool towels and later delivering proper towels in the evening due to a shortage, this situation was still inconvenient. The overall property appears to be in a deteriorated condition. There are three swimming pools, but there were no staff available to assist guests. The beach is located quite far from the main area, and the beachfront itself is narrow and limited in space.

Anlage war schön und das Personal war nett.

Anlage könnte gepflegter sein (überall Blätter auf dem Boden) Wir haben keine Behinderung und haben ein Behinderten Zimmer bekommen. Die Toilette war extrem hoch. So konnte man kaum sein Geschäft erledigen.

1. Проживали в конце февраля в бунгало. 2. При заселении необходимо оставить депозит 1000 батт, доллары и карту не принимают. Почему-то сами обменять доллары не предложили. Рядом в магазинчике есть обменник (курс не самый выгодный). Носильщик ессесно хватает чемоданы и просит чаевые ). 2. Хороший и практически свой песчаный пляж. Вход в воду плавный. Лежаков немного, но проблем с ними никогда не было, людей на пляже не много. В воде иногда попадается мусор, но не критично. Постоянно играет энергичная музыка от пенного бассейна рядом. Бывают отливы, когда вода уходит метров на 30 от берега и еще метров 30 нужно идти, чтобы зайти по грудь, но там уже дно некомфортное, заиленное (при нас так было 1 день). На пляже караулит продавщица (кукуруза 50 батт, креветки 250 батт/10 шт, рыба), можно торговаться. Рядом с пляжем есть туалет, душ и кран для промывки ног от песка. 3. Вайфай ловит по всей территории отеля, в том числе на пляже. 4. 2 бассейна на территории, с лежаками проблем нет. 5. Приятная зеленая территория. 6. Еду покупали в круглосуточном магазине Tops (10 минут пешком от отеля) и заказывали доставку в Grab. 7. Рядом 3 массажных салона. Массаж ног 1 час - 200 батт., остальное 250-300 батт.

1. Не понравилась кровать и жесткие подушки. 2. По ТВ только 1 русский канал и тот работает через раз. Телевизор SHARP, подключиться с телефона не получается для трансляции с экрана, но есть YOUTUBE. 3. Завтраки не понравились. Одно и тоже. Удовольствия от еды не получаешь. Располагаются на открытой территории, соответственно постоянно летают мухи, мошки, птицы, по столам ползают мелкие муравьи. Контролируют посетителей слабо, поэтому можно спокойно заходить, даже если завтраки у вас не включены. 4. Расположение и плюс и минус этого отеля. С одной стороны у вас свой пляж, потому что отель в стороне от пляжа Джомтьен и по нему не проходит основная набережная. На Джомтьене все отели отделены дорогой и набережной, пляжная полоса общая, своих лежаков у отелей нет, людей купается очень мало. С другой стороны вы находитесь в глуши, рядом нет никакой активности, прогуляться некуда. В центр Паттаи 20 минут на такси Bolt (130-180 батт в зависимости от спроса). В Бангкок 1000-1200 батт + платная дорога 200 батт. 5. Отсутствует спортзал. 6. В бунгало постоянно попадается какая-нибудь живность (маленькие гекконы, муравьи). В бассейне возле бунгало маленькие лягушки и даже небольшие крабики. 7. Ремонт в бунгало уже не первой свежести, есть трещины на стенах, плинтусах, дверных коробках, пятна на обивке мягкой мебели, сколы на мебели и т.д.

Lovely room, lovely resort. Two swimming pools, which is great because there is plenty of space for everyone. Good aircon. Clean room, nice facilities. There are restaurants close by, massage and pamper spots on your doorstep, and a 711 very close to the resort. Didn't eat at the resort, so cannot comment about the food.

The resort is a little out of the way if you want to venture into town (considering traffic). This didn't bother us, but it may if you are looking for somewhere that is easier to get around from.
