"bad. Not friendly host! Pls improve"

Nothing.

The host was very rude when i called her. Very bad intonation she delivered to me. Spoiled my holiday mood & felt not comfortable with her bad attitudes. Not speak nicely to her customer/guest. Pls improve your language & pls respect your customer & learn how to talk nicely to others. Rude intonation & disrespectful of your guest is a big loss.
