cozy, spacious place with a kitchen that has all you need and a squeaky-clean bathroom. The mini-metro-station leading up to the centre is just around the corner.

The apt was so spacious, considerate and lovely. It is full of sunshine and attention to details. Highly recommended.

Nothing special. A bit far from Perugia train staying. About 10 minutes walk, considering carrying all the luggage and it is a slope.

The location was good for going to the old town of perugia wtih the mini metro 100 yards from the apartment. The room was very small. This is a studio type apartment. The bed was comfortable but there is literally no room for your luggage and I had to leave it on the floor. This was a pain and not convenient. The other open space was a kitchen and very small open area for table with wall tv and love seat. Very small almost claustrophobic unit. The host speaks zero english so communication was awful and had to talk by phone with the apartment manager to link communication with the host. What is becoming common is that hosts do not provide the remote for air conditioning and that was a major problem . The host brought the control later that evening.art

Larger apartment. Minimal local good restaurants withing walking distance from the apartment.

The property was not in the old centre , however it was very easy to get to the centre a few minutes by metro . The problem with this is that the metro stops running at 9pm so you do need a taxi to get back if you eat etc in town.For someone who wanted to be in the Old Town with a view or a nice cafe nearby this is not the place but for someone working who has more time it’s a sensible option , it’s not far from the train station either and the little metro goes there also ,getting around is not the problem ,it’s if you want a certain ambiance . A very good apartment if you need to be there for a longer stay , a cafe next door by the gas station, and metro just a few steps away . The oven is not for use but you can cook on the top of stove , there is also a microwave ,so if you want to eat at home more you can save money ,but if a tourist for a few days better to stay in town

Great location. This apartment is so close to the train station and the mini metro to the old town. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and completely outfitted. There's a nice large bathroom and lots of storage. The bed was comfortable, and the apartment felt very safe and secure. The cafe at the gas station sells tickets for the mini metro.

We would prefer a kettle instead of a tea pot. It certainly wasn't an issue, just a preference. We really liked this apartment. It was perfect for us. Please note, if you want to use the oven and dishwasher, they are not included for use .

Location at the Minimetro was awesome. Host was friendly and responded quickly when there was a small issue with the hot water. Very clean, good kitchen.

Minor one but you need local data or calls to contact the host when you get there. Most people can do that but not everyone, so just an FYI :).

The location was perfect for access into Perugia. The appartment was spotlessly clean and contained all we needed and more. Irene was so kind and did everything she could to make our stay so wonderful. Thank you.

The apartment is a one minute walk from the Minimetro (two stations from the historical center, you can use an elevator to go up). The garage for the apartment is safe and locked and is a 3 minute walk away. The apartment is freshly renovated and well equipped. The heating is controllable and efficient. There are a lot of kitchenware to use. The wifi is strong and stable. Bathroom has a toilet, bidet and a shower and a washing machine. The apartment is on the first floor but there is an elevator in the building. Irene is the host, a very nice lady. She only speaks Italian, and if you speak English she tries to get through all the information with the help of Google translator in her phone.

We wanted an apartment with an oven but it didn't work because of some electric problem.
