The lights in room and bathroom needed bulbs hard to see in bathroom. A kettle or coffee maker would be so much better since no cooking appliance. Needs some cups for drinking water. The air conditioner, could not get it to work and the room was hot to sleep.

The Check In was very friendly! Mrs. Bachra (I hope I write her name it right) was very helpful. She is just a jewel and I wish to be welcomed in every hotel like here.

Good apartment, aproximately 15 min walk from train station. Florence is just 15 min by train, Pisa just one hour.

The apartment could provide at least one glass. The Wi-Fi conection simply didn't work for almost 3 days. Changing the towels every day, even when you indicate you will reuse them, is not a good practice.

Quite comfortable place. Next to a supermarket and a local bar. Very friendly staff.
