To many stairs to carry your cases up . No towels in room had to ask for them . Air conditioner really poor not cool enough . Toilet seat broken fell off When lifted . tap on sink loose and twisted . no warm water for shower . Not cleaned properly dirty bathroom and bedroom . Worse place we have stayed since being in thailand. Pictures are not the same as booking. Com on their Web site . Will not stay there again . Don't know where the table and chairs in the dining room were as they did not have one .

Extremely friendly and amazing staff! They were beyond helpful, understanding, and caring!

I was in a mixed 8 dorm, which I expect to be not-so-clean but this was a whole another level. There was s*it floating in the toilet upon my arrival, and there was black hair all over the floor. The mirror and the sink were extremely dirty. There was an awful smell in the dorm. Additionally, I could not charge my electronic devices since the outlet did not work. The cherry on top was a drunken/drugged 50+ guy that entered the dorm at 5 am, obviously intoxicated, walked around naked, and smoked/vaped something in the room. As a female traveler, his behaviour, and an open display of reproductive organs made me uncomfortable, unsafe, and disgusted.

The room had a balcony. The price was very reasonable. The staff were helpful in accommodating me after being fully booked. Shower area was quite spacious.

The beds you could feel the springs a little. The room was mostly clean and so was the bedding apart from a small stain on the bedsheet.

Everything! AMAZING value for money. Super clean, rooms are comfortable, shower is good, balcony, ac is good room cleaning is every day the staff are so incredibly helpful and just nice people to be around. I miss them! Next time I'm in phuket I am going straight back to happy fish guest house ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ thank yo uso much for the stay. Also have a really cosy outside spot where you can hang out the sofa is so comfy and the cat is just the cutest little thing. Highly recommend x
