Very central but as down a small side street generally very quiet. Property was easy to find and entry instructions were clear with good communication from the owners throughout my stay. Property was spacious and clean, decor was lovely, bedroom had plenty of draw/wardrobe space, comfortable sofa and dining space. Kitchen crockery was ample for our needs and the coffee machine was great (no instructions required!!)

Some things can’t be helped- the bin lorry emptying the bottles from the restaurant below, extremely loud, water pressure of the shower. A few of the plug sockets didn’t work but there were others throughout the apartment that did. Mum would have liked some instructions on how to use the induction hob.

Die Lage des Apartments ist super, nur 5 Minuten von der Arena entfernt. Schlüsselübergabe mit Schlüsselbox und guter Beschreibung war einfach zu finden. Achtung: ZTL Zone. Parkhaus ca. 15 min. entfernt (Saba Arsenale mit E-Ladestation über Enel App).

Das 2. Schlafzimmer war nur eine Schlafecke durch einen Vorhang abgetrennt, also nichts für 2 Paare, die für sich sein wollen. Nur ein Bad mit Dusche. Bei der Hitze hat die beschriebene Klimaanlage rein gar nichts zur Kühlung beigetragen; außerdem gibt es nur eine Einheit im Wohnzimmer.
