"Disappointing room in a great location."

The location was good.

The listing did not match our room. The room was very run down, damage to furniture, stains on sheets and towels. The beds were very hard. But the worst part was that the room did not have the facilities that was advertised. It claimed to have a hot tub, washing machine and dryer but it did not have any of those things, and we had specifically booked this place for the washing machine. When I asked the host about this they did not respond. Also, we told them as soon as we arrived that the fridge was leaking, but it was not looked at over our three night stay.
