Appartamento Le Palme con terrazze in centro

The location was perfect. Right in the centre but at the same time private. Lovely terrace with great views.

A bit chilly inside.

Large apartment, separate bedroom and separate kitchen. Heating effective in bedroom and bathroom but the lounge was cold. Kitchen very useful for cooking but terrible lighting unfortunately. Helhost allowed us to leavd our bags when ws arrived then enabled an early check-in. Great location frkm bus stop and in the old town. Goid terrace which catches thd sun.

Cold lounge. Not great pillow. Very difficult lighting in the kitchen with a strange yellow bulb.

Although property was clear on the surface, there was a lot of dust in hidden places, under the mattress for example, that prompted my allergies. Last day I also did not have enough water pressure on the shower.

Claudia, the host, was absolutely amazing. She was there to welcome me even if I arrived late in the evening, and was extremely responsive to any support I needed. The suite is lovely: cleanliness is impeccable, comfort is guaranteed and the view is lovely. The kitchen was not entirely functional when I was there but I was still able to use main amenities including a large fridge and coffee machine. I would definitely stay here again if I came back. A fantastic apartment in the heart of the old town of San Gimignano, however in a very quiet street. The size of the apartment was unexpected, with large entrance area and living room, besides kitchen and bedroom but the absolute highlight is definitely the generous terrace, overlooking the old town walls and the breathtaking Tuscan landscape. The host Claudia is warm and welcoming, it feels almost like in the middle of a family. We even prolonged our stay, because of the nice atmosphere and we are looking forward to returning soon!

Great location just a minute walking away from the center of San Gimignano. Great view over the village and Tuscany from the terrace. Room/Bathroom both clean with comfy bed. However no chairs in the room to take a seat. Good internet.

Very difficult to find because of confusing house-numbers. Owner was not there when we arrived and put the key at a hidden place, she said she has informed us by message before, which we, however never received. Next to our room another room was in the midst of renovation, could only access the terrace by passing this room.
