"SCAM-UNANNOUNCED CASH DEPOSIT."

HIDDEN FEES & DEPOSIT SCAM! > Upon arrival, the staff demanded a 1000 THB cash deposit which was NOT mentioned in my Booking.com confirmation. When I refused and showed them the booking rules, they were extremely rude and threatened to cancel my stay. This is an illegal practice and a total blackmail of tourists. Also, the overall service is terrible. It's a systematic scam in this hotel. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

Very polite and helpful staff, great location - easy to walk to the busier/main areas but tucked away enough that you’re not right in the middle of it. Our room was very clean and spacious, would definitely stay again.

A little loud at night but we expected this from reading the reviews - nothing that stopped us from sleeping though!

Equipe muito prestativa, boa estrutura, com elevadores e um quarto excelente. A localização é relativamente próxima de Patong Beach, uns 10min caminhando. Excelente custo benefício!

Para receber o 10, só falta incorporar o café da manhã!
