Jungle House Urban Lofts - Short North & Convention Center

Space was mostly clean and overall aesthetically pleasing and pretty. Lots of natural light & plants. Hosts were communicative & friendly. Location is close to short north.

I was locked out on the patio without a phone because my code didn’t work for the back door. The cleaning lady (or what I’m assuming so - I wouldn’t know since she didn’t announce herself or knock) barged in with her code before my check out time; thankfully I was upstairs and decent. I was without AC for 1 afternoon/night and half of the following day before a maintenance man (who didn’t speak English) arrived. I was only there for 2 nights so over half of my stay, on 85 degree days. I found false lashes in the bed (which I don’t wear) so concerned as to how well - or if at all - the blankets were cleaned. There was a cup & dirty paper towel on the back patio upon arrival. The available parking is a block over from the unit so a little sketchy walking to and from at night. For the issues I had I felt I deserved more compensation than just an extra 2 hours before check out (of which was interrupted by the cleaning lady). The WiFi stopped working a couple times. Although hosts were responsive and friendly they didn’t know where certain things are such as what window or room the AC unit was in - which tells me they are never on the property themselves.

The bathroom was amazing

LOVE this property! The style, the cleanliness and the location were all top-notch. We were able to walk down to Short North and enjoy the restaurants and our concert at Kemba Live, and walk home. The hosts communicated all of our needs.

It didn't really affect us, but the it would be cool to see the backyard set up for hanging out!

It was spacious, very clean, very good location

This place has old bones, nothing wrong with that. It was beautiful and well decorated. However, there were so many light switches, it took longer to turn a light on and off. Everything about this place was great, so if this is what I have to complain about, I think we're good 😊
