"Great stopover on a cycle tour"

The Studio is a very nice detached annex next door to the owners' house. It's very convenient for the Oystercatcher and Black Horses pubs and literally just off national cycle route 2. It's a roomy bedsit arrangement with an ensuite bathroom and kitchen with dining table. Nice and warm too.

"Great studio with all you need, warm and welcoming."

Spacious, no low ceilings, kitchen area excellent. Good shower and hot water. Excellent heating system, controllable. Very clean and looks very new. Slept well!. Absolutely ideal for a short stay. Great being so close to a nice Pub 1 min walk and easy car ride to Littlehampton , we especially love West Beach at low tide. Lots of space for dog, Detached property, for us much more comfortable and convenient than an hotel.

If you really pressed me ... the "armchairs" could be more comfortable, but for an overnight or short stay everything perfect . A bit limited for walking dog as lane has a private notice.
