"We had a lovely stay the accommodation is a perfect bolt hole."

The cottage is very private. There is a lovely pub just across the road, fab food. This property was just what we needed for a few days away. We would certainly recommend this cottage to friends and family.

The only thing missing was a small coffee table to put our drinks and snacks on in the evenings watching TV before bed.

The location was ideal for our visit to the area. It was very convenient for both Bognor Regis and Littlehampton and was in a very quiet spot.

A second bedside table would have been ideal.

Location Very new / clean Has everything you’d need

Hot water for showering was lukewarm at best during our stay, and it was very light in there at dawn. However there’s so much to like about this place it seems picky to complain.

Fantastic little studio property in a great location. The studio was super clean and tidy, great facilities and the bed and pillows were among the comfiest we've stayed in whilst away from home. The pub across the road is lovely and do some fab food. There is a beach about a 20 minute walk away which made for a lovely little walk. I had great communication from the host and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
