Resulting in me hearing from pool bar staff, the system does not accept my "" bill to the as zero deposit"" in my account SND ALL THIS FRONT OF NY GUESTS

The location of the property was good.

I am deeply frustrated and compelled to warn others: do not be deceived by the photographs on this property’s listing. They are grossly misleading and bear little resemblance to reality. The check-in process for my suite took well over two hours — an inexcusable wait that immediately soured the experience. To make matters worse, my husband had arranged birthday decorations in advance as a special surprise, only for the hotel to overcharge us for what was delivered. A gesture that should have been memorable was turned into a frustration. Upon finally entering the room, there was no water provided — something so fundamental it’s almost laughable that it needs to be mentioned. The washrooms were dirty, the towels visibly stained, and the overall hygiene of the property was deeply concerning. We found ourselves constantly having to follow up and request the most basic necessities, which should have been in place without us having to ask. The in-room dining was, frankly, some of the worst food I have ever eaten. The breakfast was no better — it was an embarrassment of a spread that fell shockingly short of what was advertised. Not a single meal during our stay met even the most basic standard. The only redeeming quality of this entire stay was the location. Everything else failed — the service, the hygiene, the food, and the basic hospitality. This was a deeply regrettable choice, and I will not be returning, nor will I be recommending this property to anyone.

Het personeel bij de receptie was erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en nam onze klacht serieus. We kregen als compensatie een upgrade naar een kamer met zeezicht en een medewerker liep mee om te controleren of de nieuwe kamer in orde was. Ook was het ontbijt lekker en was er voldoende keuze.

Wat het meest tegenviel was de hygiëne en schoonmaak van de kamers. De eerste kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt en ook in de geüpgradede kamer waren nog duidelijke schoonmaakproblemen (zoals een dood insect, vlekken en niet goed schoongemaakte hoeken). Daarnaast was het bed minder comfortabel dan verwacht en kregen we in plaats van een tweepersoonsbed twee losse eenpersoonsbedden die tegen elkaar waren geschoven. Ook was het ontbijt niet goed afgedekt, waardoor er vliegen bij het eten zaten.

L’équipe était au top. Par contre l’hôtel est super vieillissant et ça nécessite vraiment vraiment des travaux de rafraîchissement mais globalement ça a été si on fait abstraction de l’environnement
