Rooms were great bars and food good purfect for the beach

Wish we could have got in room earlyer as we had a long trip up from keywest

Beach location was great! Staff were super helpful and pleasant. Restaurants on the roof we're great too! Plus, it was nice they have shops and food at ground level for the beach. And also really appreciated the bean bag game. Kids loved it.

Would be good to have a broom in the room after being on the beach the same in the room piles up. Otherwise, good experience.

Location is amazing! We saw dolphins on the beach off our deck every day we were here!

Nothing!! But some minor suggestions:microwave in room- need more hooks to dry towels, etc

Love the location and being beachside. It had a lot of amenities right on the resort. The room was nice and had a great view of the beach/ocean.

We called the front desk to request additional towels because we had five people and only four were left in the room. We had also requested some additional coffee and toilet paper at that time. We went back the next day because no one had brought any of the items. Within an hour of our second request the following day, someone brought the additional items. Our shower had a steady leak, and we brought that up, and maintenance came to repair. It was better, although still leaked. It wasn't an issue for us, per se, although trying to assist with conserving water and their cost. The pool was nice, although they didn't allow any alcohol in the pool area. I understand the no glass poolside, but I wasn't aware of the no alcohol in the pool area until we got to the resort. They had a bar right outside the pool area, which was convenient, although had to drink it outside the pool area.

Propreté de l'établissement et des chambres excellentes. Bien situé. Boutique proche et plage bien entretenue.

Bruit tout au long de la journée (travailleur de construction, camion de vidange a 6h30 du matin, musique très forte, etc...) Plage propre et bien entretenu sauf pour aller dans l'eau. Beaucoup d'algues et mauvaises odeurs. très commerciale comme endroit. Beaucoup trop de monde sur la plage et plein de petit bateau viennent s'installer pour la journée devant l'Hotel. Donc pas vraiment accès à l'eau. Semble être un endroit pour faire le party.

Beautiful room! Shower was amazing. The view and the beach is drop dead gorgeous. Bed was very comfortable. We had a king room. Very comfortable

That we had to pay additional fee for parking. When you book a room and pay a rate you shouldn’t have to pay for parking!!!
