All the carpets, floor, curtain was very dusty and the kitchen got no drinking water machine like coway. Also body wash not refill (empty). The homestay look like a ghost house (very scary). The third room was very smelly, i can’t breath inside.

It has water heater and it is spacious.

Extremely dirty. This house consists of 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom. The blanket are full with dust, has a lizard shit and dead insect. Also, the aircond is leaking water and dropping to the bed so we have to move the bed away. When we check out the small room, it has a super huge cockroach on the window curtain !! We did not even dare to go in to the room anymore. Middle room has a small cockroach and we have to kill it before we sleep. I think the review on this property are fake … the house is extremely dirty with a lot of dust. Also, very poor communication from the owner. Before we check in, we ask for check out extension because we plan to check out around 5pm. The owner WhatsApp me that they need to change house for us because other guest book this house on the day when we check out, and we need to pay RM10 for every hour of extension. We are ok with the extra charges and changes of accommodation. When we arrive to check in, it was late 11pm, and the location shared by owner is a wrong address. We struggle to find the house and had to call, sent pictures of the street etc with the owner to find the place. And it was in the middle of the night, extremely hard to locate ! During the stay, there is no toilet paper, or any tissue paper in the house. Checked with the owner, she mention no toilet paper provided due to hygienic issue and have to use water bidet ??? Well we definitely hope this was mentioned in the description or informed before we check in. When we check out, the owner came to the house and want us to pay RM15 per hour of extensions . She mentioned that we were supposed to check in another house for stay extension. So for check out extension, we have pay extra because the other guest could not check in and they have to go another house ? Hello ? Why we have to pay extra due to your poor communication and arrangement ? By this time only we realise they did not provide the correct location for us !

The pic is very friendly and helpful. She even suggested me places to visit. We enjoyed the stay and trip. We even got upgraded for our homestay. Would highly recommend this homestay.
