The location is amazing. It's also a very big apartment with a lot of space. It does have good kitchen facilities, two bathrooms etc.

Check in process was awful and frustrating. There is no receptionist who knows what is happening in the building - it feels like it's a random apartment in a random building. There was no air con so the flat was very hot There was no gym, no swimming pool despite this being shown on the booking page. It was also quite loud as the apartment looked over other flats.

Great and comfortable apartment in superb location in Miraflores.

Modern , roomy and super clean, had washer and dryer which was very handy. Beds were very comfortable! having a full kitchen was great. being able to have a late check out was helpful. Easy key code to unlock apartment was very convenient. Small shop across road was a bonus, and excellent coffee bar 50m around the corner!

The concierge was not friendly and made us feel like he was not expecting us/had no knowledge of our booking. It was noisy some nights ( on the street). Trying to pay extra for late checkout was very difficult. (Although being able to have a late check out was helpful.)
