Everything.! Location cleanliness

We loved to have two separate bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. This really helps to not have to wait for each other in the morning. All felt quite new, modern, clean, the bed was comfortable..

When we arrived we came in the apartment via a code at the door. However, they gave us a wrong apartment number, resulting in entering an apartement where someone was sleeping... It took a bit until it became clear what other apartment we could have... However, after being almost 24h travelling, this was quite irritating, especially since the person at the reception didn't speak any English, and we didn't have internet yet...

I like the location and the place was nice. The apartment is so confortable. The location is wonderful in Lima.

We have problem in the start that they don’t see the payment and we’re asking for the evidence.

Central location in Miraflores

Property NOT the one in the photos. When asked, their answer was “evrnthough its a different room they are essentially the same.” Thats not honest. Also, the main reason we booked was the swimming pool, which we were denied entrance rudely. When asked later the property told us we were complaining too late. Poor management and PR team.
