"Would have been more comfortable in the wheelchair accessible room which we had booked."

The staff were very extremely accommodating trying the best to correct the situation.

We had booked a wheelchair accessible room and when we arrived, the room had been given to another guest and would not move, so they upgraded us to a room that wasn't wheelchair accessible. We were not able to use the bath and very difficult with no grab rails next to the toilet.
