Location was great. Very spacious. Helpful staff, we could check in early.

Some utilities missing in the kitchen (lack of small spoons and other things) Shower opening broken Water in the shower changing temp all the time Crazy neighbor watching horror movies super loud 2 night in a row :((( it was waking us up

Great location in the city center with very easy access to nearby attractions. A fully equipped apartment is available to guests.

The uniqueness of the apartment is spoiled by the noise coming from two restaurants.

Its position

It didn’t feel like a home. Instructions were poor and generic to company properties. Providing some basics such as coffee and mild would be good. Night bulbs needed replacing and responsiveness from owner was poor. As there are 2 bedrooms a second key should be provided. And heating should be turned on as the nights were very cold.

Spacious and very clean. Value for money.

It had a restaurant underneath and the noise was loud.

The location is perfect! The apartment is clean and comfortable. We liked everything!

It was a bit noisy on Saturday evening because there is a bar below..

The location was perfect ~ right in te centre of town. The apartment was roomy and the facilities required for a family were great. The kitchen was equiped for families and the dryer and washing machine were essential to our 3 week stay.

The apartment is in the City Centre. It's a large apartment so would be suitable for four people. The hosts were friendly and kept in touch during my six night stay, and they did their best to sort out the issues I had with the apartment. The location of the apartment meant it was fantastic when going out for a meal. I particularly enjoyed the bar Barley and Riccardo had recommended the restaurant Civico 25 - the atmosphere there was so good, I went twice.

Unfortunately, there was an internet problem during my stay that took a few days to sort. Riccardo arranged for an external wifi to be used in the interim, however, this had a broken cable and wouldn't charge so it was another 12 hours or so until it could be changed. There were also problems with the hot water but these were fixed quickly. As a host myself I understand that these things do happen; it was just a shame that the wifi took so long to fix as it impacted on my stay in Perugia. The location of the apartment is fantastic but staying in the city centre does come with noise issues. There was much moving of chairs and tables from the restaurant downstairs and the streets around the apartment. If you're a light sleeper, this possibly isn't the place for you. While I gather it's not the norm in Italy for supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, etc to be provided, other places I've stayed on this trip have done just that. It would be great if a few supplies could be provided to at least make a cup of tea or coffee on arrival or first thing the next morning.

Great location, everything was clean and welcoming, nice little touches like the soap and shower gel and the way the bedding was made. Excellent communication from the managers/hosts.

A few little things weren’t functioning: elevator, but that can happen, night lamp, one handle of the shower, iron (leaking) but all things are fixable.
