Swimming pool

A charming cottage in a pleasant part of town. Shops and restaurants are right next door. A hiking trail along the ocean is also nearby. Access to a wonderful swimming pool. Each room has ventilators for when it gets hot. There's a lovely rooftop terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped. Ripe figs are in the garden behind the house. We had a wonderful holiday there.

The upstairs bathroom has been beautifully renovated. The downstairs bathroom needs renovation. There's an unpleasant sewer smell.The terrace behind the house should be renovated because the garden is very nice

Property is located very conveniently to Marinha Beach, but I would recommend having a car to get there. The Rocha Brava community is also very convenient. There's a little breakfast place and serviceable grocery store just steps from the condo, and there are a couple of restaurants that are walking distance. The condo itself was a nice size for a family, and it was clean and had nice outdoor spaces.

The condo does not appear to have air conditioning, and there were no fans. I think this place would be perfect with just a couple of box fans. It's possible they were stashed in a closet somewhere, but we did not find them. However, it cooled off at night, so we just left the windows open. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with a slice of ocean view, and I think that having a table up there would be great as well.

Casa muito decepcionante, casas de banho sem condicões, a a casa de banho do piso r/c, não funciona, pedi para me renovarem as toalhas de banho, nem sequer me responderam.

De tudo, localização pessima, casas de banho não se encontram em condições, as camas não são confortaveis, colchoes pessimos.

The location was fabulous. The pool was lovely and clean and welcoming.

It was rather dated inside especially the bathrooms. The toilet seat was loose and the one downstairs the flush didn’t work unless you took the top off the cistern and pulled the lever inside. Also would have been nice to have a couple of cushions for the sun loungers
