My friend and I loved our stay! Our stay was phenomenal. The owner is always available and super helpful. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and everything feels brand new. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had every little detail you might need.

Nothing really—though while it’s walking distance to Alona Beach, having a motorbike makes it even more convenient.

The stay in DMC1 was an absolute dream. We loved the location as it’s very close to the centre of the town and to where all the good restaurants are based. Our host made our stay as easy as it can be and helped with all requests we had. It was one of our favorite stays we had. The room was absolutely gorgeous and huge with one of the best showers (perfect water pressure) We will be back!

Quiet, yet still only 5 mins walk to a buzz of a centre. Place perfectly clean, spacious room, large, comfortable bed, big size bathroom. Beautiful sitting area outside, where the most amazing breakfast was served freshly prepared by the owner/host. Hospitality this is what we liked the most. We had early check out at 4 am, everything was prepared for us including the transfer to the port 20 km away... Highly recommend.

Spacious room, very clean and good facilities. About 7 min walk from the beach, so close to restaurants etc. and most importantly the host is beyond helpful. So responsive, made a lovely breakfast for us and went out of her way to support in making birthday / valentine plans. Thanks Emily

"Spacious room in a good location"

One of the best places I staid during my trip in Philippines! Very-very clean, spacious room with kettle and fridge and the host was so nice to me! Good breakfast. Very good location, a quiet street but at the same time so close to everything. The hist even allowed me to have a shower after check-out when I was collecting my luggage in the evening
