The Ellsworth Hotel, an Ascend Collection Hotel

The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our adventures in AZ. The location was excellent - it's just across the road from a huge grocery store, which we visited daily for food and coffee.

We had no issues with the property.

Linh ( hope I spelled that right) was great

No breakfast served. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Das Ellsworth war für unsere Unternehmungen (Williams, Route 66, Grand Canyon) gut gelegen. Die Ausstattung war entsprechend der Beschreibung. Tägliche Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel waren gut, alles war schön sauber. Es handelt sich insgesamt um eine Unterkunft, die wohl auf kurze Aufenthalte ausgerichtet ist. Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Restaurants, Cafés und Bars in der fußläufigen Umgebung. Direkt gegenüber ein Supermarkt ist auch sehr praktisch.

Das Personal ist freundlich, allerdings keineswegs dem Gast zugewandt/empathisch. Schade!

A great location for sightseeing and nearby attractions. The room was clean and quiet enough even though the windows faced on of the the main roads in the city, not spacious, but comfortable and clean. Check-in was very quick, and the staff was helpful but very synthetic. The parking spaces are large enough to accommodate big SUVs, even late evening there were still empty slots to park. Safeway Supermarkt 1 min walk from the Hotel.

Air-Condition was too noisy at the night. The air-vent in the bath makes noise like Boeing 747 :) but removes humidity well

I really liked my stay so did my daughter and son inlaw they did say there room was little hot though as did my son and his girlfriend

Loved our 2 night stay here. Very friendly and attentive host. Room was spacious , clean, modern and comfortable. There is no restaurant but there are vending machines and a coffee station in the lobby. The bar is also in the lobby and open until 2am. Not sure if anyone was there until 2am, way past our bedtime now, but it caused us no issues. They also have a pool table. An ice machine was also on our floor and a laundry for guest use on the ground floor. If you have a special occasion whilst there, they will happily arrange flowers, balloons etc for you. We also found all the different entrances/exits very useful, depending on which way you were headed. The hotel is across the street from Safeway which was very handy. The hotel is situated at the west end of the main route 66 and within walking distance to all that Williams has to offer. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are ever in Williams again.

Not a complaint as such but the power shower is exactly that. Very powerful. My husband loved it, but the pressure was too high for me.
