The young very helpful lady who was working at the reception was very helpful and was obviously just as embarrassed about the whole situation as we were .

The deluxe family room that had paid for in advance was clearly not a deluxe family room in fact I wouldn't have let my dog sleep in there ! Like many of us I understand that any establishment will use filters and the best photographs to make their place look the best ..... The room was obviously damp , half the bottom part of the room had repainted so many times is was a different shade than the rest of the colour scheme and was so damp They had obviously had many amateur attempts to cover up the problem but as someone who has experience in this area ,. It was not a safe environment for humans to sleep in the UK. Let alone the tropics. There wasn't even a window, " Luxury family room ?" More like a bargain basement last minute deal at Alcatraz ! I have been blessed by God to have the good fortune on five occasions for a month long holiday in the wonderful Philippines and I have never had the occasion to leave a negative review about any establishment. It was the first time ever I have ever refused a booking in all my years of traveling. We managed to secure a very decent abode a hundred yards down the road three times as good at less than half the price . The so called swimming pool was more like an aquatic research centre for bath tub type for water creepy crawlies , hat's off to the photographer they were genuinely brilliant. THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE LACK OF BALCONY ! It breaks my heart to leave such a negative review, which I have never done before for any place I have stayed, or in this case didn't stay . In my humble opinion the damp environment was not conjunctive for an elderly persons stay . I booked into an establishment which had not the slightest resemblance to the sad parody I arrived at .

The location is quite far from the town.

The property is clean and the staffs are very kind and accomodating, they will help you if there are things you need. They also have motorcycles for rent.

Le personnel féminin de la journée est très sympathique et prêt à rendre service.

Nous étions deux couples avec 2 chambres. Une des chambre (D5) était sans fenêtre, très humide, eau en permanence sur le sol et très forte odeur de moisie qui ont imprégné tous les vêtements. Nous n'aurions pas fait une nuit de plus. Le monsieur de l'accueil de nuit pourrait être plus aimable. Lits ridiculement petit, 120. Chambres petites.
