Le Boutique Sapa Hotel

The room is very clean, neat and spacious! This exceeds my expectations for a room with cheap rate. Air conditioner works well, bathroom clean, and the blanket is so warm. Eventough it hits 8C in the morning, the room is suprisingly warm and it gave us comfortable sleep. You can easily walk around 5 minutes to Sun Plaza and finds food there. It’s also less than 1km to HK bus office so this hotel really saves our time and energy. Thi Do is really a friendly staff and acommodate all our requests perfecly eventhough we woke her up so early in the morning upon our arrival lol she arranged the room just like what we requested.

Location and staff

Toilet it was broken , not good cleaning we found underwear from the previous people

The currently pregnant receptionist was nice upon check in. The other receptionist in charge of the night shift put my mind at ease by contacting the sleeper bus company and ensuring they were coming to the hotel.

There are a few points I would like to list about my stay at room 210: - the room had a musty smell of a mixture ammonia (urine) and wet soil. I believe was coming from their closet. I had to use the aircon to ventilate the room - There were different species of bugs found inside the room (cockroach on the window sill, flies, smaller mosquitos falling from the ceiling) - there was an invasion of privacy - the receptionist had told us that room service was voluntary and had to be ordered. We decided not to, however they came in anyways when we had not asked them to and removed some hand towels without our permission. - we value hygiene as we both wear night contacts which could cause eye infections with misuse. As a result we bring wet wipes to wipe the table down before using it. Despite wiping it down two times, the wipes were still black with each application. - we put the towels on the floor to dry our feet outside the ensuite as the shower cubicle, toilet and bathroom sink all shared a common area. We were told off for it (despite not being warned) as the floors were too dirty and now the towels were unusable. I saw this as an indirect confession to the hygiene of the room and wasn’t suprised. This was also how we found out about the invasion of privacy as they showed photos of our room before check out. - small point, the shower runs out of hot water and turns lukewarm after 5 mins.

I felt she wasn’t just doing her job — she truly cared about the guests from the heart. Her generosity, professionalism, and calm presence made my stay so much more comfortable, relaxed, and special. This is the kind of service that makes all the difference — not just a good hotel, but truly wonderful people. Thanks to her, I felt at home, safe, and well taken care of at all times. Thank you so much for such a warm, personal, and unforgettable experience. I will gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nice staff

Unfortunately the hotel was a bit up hill, they were cockroaches in the bathroom. Also my son who is 1,5 years old broke a glass and they later came to ask for money for it witch I found a bit weird…
