לא היה לנו מים חמים במקלחת והיו נותנים לנו מגבות מלוכלכות ובנוסף לזה , החלון לא נסגר כמו שצריך ולכן נכנס לנו הרבה רוח וקור … ולהיות בסאפה בחורף עם חלון שלא נסגרת זה לא נעים

"Lovely stay in this hotel"

The room was clean, nice and spacious and the bed was so comfortable! The room also had aircon which heats up the room nicely (sapa can get chilly). The breakfast was simple but good and the lady at reception was lovely and very helpful with anything we needed.

Good value for money. Spacious room. Friendly receptionist. Breakfast was ok.

A good walk uphill from the town, but this is a mountainous resort. No hand towels an no elevator.
