"Hoorible experince Bad attitutude by property owner and booking.com"

Nothing

Hotel booked and confiramtion recived but when reched at property, onwer refuse to give room. He said that they don't have any booking or confirmation form booking.com,I have already informed him that all rooms already booked. Horrible experince. I have tried to given phone number at least 10 times but phone was not connectred. I have never booked / use booking.com in future.

Location is in very bad area Facility was not good Not so clean And smale every time.. Bathroom is so bad condition..
