Spacious and good value for money. Paid shuttle service available to Genting Resorts. House keeping was excellent!

There weren’t any cooking-ware so the kitchen was pretty much useless. I assumed there would be a washing machine but it was on my part not to notice that it wasn’t listed in the description. Would’ve been nice if a washing machine was available. Would also love to have some streaming services available on TV where we could log into our accounts.

1. Nice apartment, very clean, quite spacious, with basic utensils , microwave, hair dryer,iron & aircond, smart TV.., & nice bathrooms, good beds.. 2.The host gave clear instructions on how to check in.. 3. Host was responsive to my queries. 4. Nice quiet location for the apartments..

1. The advert stated that the apartment had a mountain view, & that's the reason I booked it.. but was disappointed to find a new building under construction in front of it..so very little mountain view.. So I highly suggest that the owner revise the description on the website in order not to mislead the visitors. 2. The car park was a common one linked to all the towers.. so the route to Tower 3 ( our apartment) wasn't very clear.. no clear signage to guide us to our building..we got lost on the 1st day.. 3. It would be good if host gives us the list of eateries & restaurants & other facilities& the location in the building.. 4. Bath towels not thick enough..

The rooms, bathrooms and kitchen area are unexpectedly clean and neat. My children love the super comfortable beds and beddings.

The kitchen are not supplied with microwave safe plates making it difficult to reheat food in the microwave oven. The TV is difficult to operate without channel guides.

Big Space

Kitchen item don't have like pan for simple cooking and stove not working . Due to new building blocking the view 😭

The place is clean and comfortable, the host is very helpful, did not get to enjoy the view because it is raining all day

the facilities such as the pool, the gym and the playroom are okay, not so well maintained
