Kindness of the personnel.

No english speaking person when you get there after midnight. And actually no one for about five minutes at the reception. Breakfast not serious for a 200€ night.

Comfortable warm room. Direct access to the beach.

No restaurants open (at the time of year) directly in the vicinity. The staff did arrange a table for us in the Golf Club and helped out as much as possible. The breakfast could be a bit more varied.

"Great option for the area, but customer service could be improved"

The location is ideal, on the beach, and with several restaurant options nearby. The mini-putt is a really fun option to have on sight :-)

We wanted to take a quick dip in the ocean before leaving and after breakfast. However, check out is on the early side (10 am) and there was no flexibility to extend, even by half hour despite it being low season. We asked if we could go to the beach for 30 minutes after check-out and were told we would need to pay full day beach usage :-(
