Even though I booked 2 rooms for 4 people, the receptionist tried to give me 1 room. Unfortunately the language barrier made it difficult to understand each other but a guest passing by helped translate. The bed was extremely squeaky every time you turned. The air conditioner smelt like cigarette smoke. I understand that the water is harsher in Turkey but the bathroom seemed like it wasn’t properly cleaned. The restaurant was extremely hot to sit in and no description of food for breakfast.

Great location, in the very city center. Rooms are comfortable with necessary facilities.

Like anywhere in Afyon, no one speaks english. I had a hard time with the hotel staff to communicate.

The woman with dark hair at the lobby reception not friendly at all, she looks very unhappy, cranky, broken English. I sent a message to the hotel that we will be between in between 5 to 6 pm because we were driving from Bodrom. When we get to the hotel, our room wasn't ready, she asked to wait another 30m, because I said that my check-in will be at 5 pm, really!? Check in is at 3 pm my room should it be ready by 3 not by 5 when I arrived. We were so tired after 7 hs driving. Then,I asked her for hot water, she replied "we don't have water at this time" so rude, unkind! What kind hotel doesn't have water!! Then she gave us a horrible bedroom, safe box like a shoes box or a toy for kids, TV didnt work, bathroom door broken fallen apart. The worst of the worst the bed! Stiff like sleeping in a piece of wood! Please don't stay here. $60 a night when the hotel in Bodrom with ocean view costs me $70!

Very clean room. More than excellent breakfast. Free parking. Very kind personel.
