The location was great. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The shower looked new and had constant hot water. The fridge was also new. The owner was very helpful and gave up water and snacks for our bus journey to Cat Ba.

The fact that Booking.com makes it look like you have paid before you arrive, but you haven't. The hotel only takes cash, because if you pay by credit card they pass the fees onto you. It's not the hotels fault. The smell in the bathroom is really bad, if it is the drains then it's not the hotels fault. You have to ask them to empty the bins - this should be done everyday. They could do a little more cleaning.

Das Frühstück war wirklich kaum als solches zu erkennen. Es gab nichtmal einen Aufschnitt fürs Toast, lediglich Spiegelei.

We stayed for 2 nights. Amazing location, clean rooms and all utilities were provided. Had bike rent and laundry service for a great price and got recommendations about the area. Lovely staff, great English and super friendly and efficient and will highly recommend to stay here while visiting Tam Coc
