Studio was very clean, design is lovely, minimal and tasteful. Furniture is brand new. Apartment is fairly well equipped. Terrace was nice with a very comfortable swing chair. Couch is comfy. Plates, glassware and kitchen utensils nice and new. Apartment smelled lovely.

There were details which could definitely be improved. The mattress on the double bed was very, very firm, which I assume some people might like, but it was not for me. The kitchenette looks lovely but it's missing some important features. No microwave and power outlet for the espresso machine. We ended up having to put the coffee machine on the floor, next to the nearest outlet. This particular machine is also extremely loud so no surprise coffee in bed possible :). There was no floor mat in the bathroom so we had to use one of the towels to avoid slipping when stepping out of the tub. Towels themselves were quite small. Another detail, which obviously the owners are not responsible for nor can they control, is that the area is still in construction. We booked the place because of the large, lovely terrace, but we could barely spend any time there because of the huge cranes and construction noises.

There are a lot of good reasons to book this property: - easy to reach, easy access, - reserved parked space - new and well designed apartment, with a lot of space - very friendly and available owner - it was like a 4* hotel, but better :) Even though you can fit 3-4 people to sleep in, since it is a one room apartment you don't have the intimacy of a separate bedroom, but otherwise no bad things.

Since the apartment is at the outskirts of Timisoara City, you could say that the neighborhood is not necessarily a good area (it is in development stage), so the city center is not easily accessible, only by car.

Everything was just perfect. The apartment is new, very, very clean, comfortable, with all necessary things in it. I strongly reccomend it. It is a bit far from the center of the town, but if you come by car it is not a problem at all. Parking is free and you have your own place.
