"Le chef de réception du soir nous a menacé de prélever l'argent même en cas d'annulation"

Le chef de réception un certain walid qui a travaillé le soir . Il est désagréable, mercantile, malhonnête. Il a voulu me faire payer en cash 145 € alors que la chambre été payée par un ami sur Booking par carte bancaire.
