The only good thing was the spa. The responsable person was very nice, same as Rima.

Nothing to do with the pictures. It is not 4-5 starts proper hotel. It it quite pricey and the rooms and corridor were not clean. You could see ok the dust in the windows. The bed was not very comfortable either. The view from the room was not nice and it was as bit noisy. The breakfast was varied but not good quality. Half of the staff was very attentive, some did not care.

Gym was closed in first day's morning. They opened it in second day upon my demand.

I have been to the buffet one evening and i have the feeling that the beef was cooked too ''much''. Same on the VIS restaurant where the ''carré d'agneau'' was well cooked and automatically hard to eat. If we can have more smile from breakfast staff, it is not costly and to propose to press an orange juice when there is max 10 persons in the restaurant is not complicate.

L'emplacement. Le Staff est accueillant et professionnel. Ils nous ont même préparé le petit déjeuner avant l'heure pour qu'on puisse déjeuner avant de voyager On a aussi pu faire un early check-in

Je recommande qu'ils fassent plus attention à la propreté de la chambre, surtout sous le lit. Nuit assez bruyante a cause des soirées musicales au 8eme étage jusqu'à 3h du matin. En plus, le staff range la salle jusqu'à l'aube
