Lovely well provided apartment and an excellent very friendly host who went out of her way to assist with restaurant recommendations. Great location with on site parking available, easy walking distance from the centre.

The fact that there is no A/C, but this is not the fault of the owner as regulations do not allow this equipment to be installed in the old buildings. The owner has provided multiple electric fans, which alleviates the problem to some degree.

We wanted to spend our last night closer to the airport after a trip to Toscana. We found in Booking this nice house, with a super nice host, that helped us with her smile and recommendations. Everything was great, nothing was missing. Thanks, Marta!

Nothing to dislike

The place is nestled in a cozy, beautiful location. It is well protected by two security gates (not that we felt the least bit unsafe). The beautiful lake can be seen from the property, and is an added benefit. The train station is a very walkable distance, as well as places to eat. The home is quiet, relaxing, and gorgeous. Everything you need is there. And one of the best parts was meeting Marta! She’s so kind, generous, and endearing. I never felt like I was bugging her with questions - she was a joy!! And even though she was right upstairs, we had our privacy. We really couldn’t have asked for more or be treated better. If you’re looking for a place in Bracciano, don’t hesitate. This is your spot! ❤️

I liked everything about the property!

we like the secure, safe location. the Castle nearby, plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. Excellent parking right in the middle of the city
