No iron but an ironing board
IEThe house interior is very modern and actually has everything you need. Great modern bath and shower. Thanks for the little treats like coffee, shower gel etc. The backyard was fenced off which made it easy to let the dog out every now and then. In close proximity to very nice places along the coast like Colwyn, Rhos on Sea and Llandudno.
Unfortunately, it is between two main roads and you can hear the traffic. Maybe my bad as I didn't pay too much attention on the map and it's situation. The parking spot is in a rather inconvenient place next to the house but difficult to reach and get out to as it is on a slope. I recommend to park the car along the main road. It is only a few steps to the property.

GBOwner as fantastic very helpful from a distance when we needed him, although left us to do our own thing through out our visit. 10/10 for care for his guests. Family run property, with finishing touches which were nice like the welcome hamper was a great touch.
Lounge on the small side could do with a larger couch are for night time chilling but all in all was a great base for our stay for Zipworld as we had travelled from scotland.

GBbrilliant mini stay, cottage was fabulous with lots of kind extras, would definately recommend. local nice indian restaurant very close by, not far too to towyn road.
stairs were a bit narrow, but apart from that, exceptional stay, cant wait to re-book again
