같은 가격 대비 서귀포나 제주에 있는 호텔들에 비해 서비스와 조식등이 너무 부실했습니다. 가장 좋은 방으로 예약했는데도 불구하고 샤워기 헤드는 깨져서 물이 새고 비데기는 고장 나서 프론트에 얘기해서 고쳤어요. 프론트에 직원을 볼 수가 없었어요. 무엇보다 체크인 시 직원이 하나도 바쁘지않은데도 손님들에게 키오스크로 체크인을 하라더군요. 바쁠때는 키오스크로 체크인을 할 수는 있지만 프론트에 직원이 버젓이 있는데 손님에게 키오스크로 체크인을 하라는 것은 좀 아닌듯합니다.

버스정류장과도 가깝고 객실에서 성산일출봉이 보임. 객실이 넓은듯 하고 로비에 편의점이 있어 좋음

프론트가 항상 바쁘신듯 짐 보관소가 별도로 없고 프론트 옆에 두어야 하는게 불안했다.
