Long checkout - process must be improved! Check in was okay but still had to wait like 30 minutes for our agent to arrive and give the keys The room could use some cleaning and upgrade especially the bedroom and bathroom This is not the Mirage hotel but more like an Airbnb apartment

Location and ease of access. Great position, central to everything.

No couch to relax as a family, just 2 single seaters. Very few utensils on the property. Towels a bit used, newer ones would have been appreciated.

Nice apartment with exceptional views of Table Mountain

Excellent accommodation that ticks all the boxes. Apartment was pristine with all modern conveniences and subtle touches of luxury as well. Full suite of appliances and lots of stuff to do in the building including a great steakhouse and rooftop restaurant. Literally everything else was within a 2 minute walk. Really great stay and I will not hesitate to return.

Location

Sheets had brown dirty marks, curtains torn, fridge was smelly, there was no toilet paper in the unit, couches dirty. Definitely no where near 5 star rating, there’s no services usually available with 5 star. Misleading ad and a rip off.
